Happy Monday everyone!
My boyfriend and I were chillen in our Giants tee’s and watching the game last night, but I’ve been trying to get this post up for some time now… so here it is! I know summer is coming to a close end, however, we still have a few more weeks left of summer OFFICIALLY! I went to Splash down with my girl two weeks ago, and we had the most amazing time ever! Last time I was here was with my cousins when I was about 10 years old, I want to say. We would all go in a really large group and spend the entire day together. It definitely brought back many memories. Although this water park is family oriented, it was a nice place to spend the day and chillax a little. If you’re looking to spend your last few weeks of the nice weather doing something ‘summery,’ I highly recommend checking this place out if you live in the area. If you pre-order the tickets online, it’s only $30 per adult.
PLACES TO EAT//
They have so many cute little places to grab food in the park! There is a waffle stand, where you can create your own waffle with toppings like strawberries, peanut butter, nuts, ice cream .. You get the idea ! They also have a Nathan’s stand, a pizza stand, a restaurant/bar with an outdoor Landshark bar (full with beer and margaritas) and a Mexican stand. I decided to get the Mexican because I just can’t get enough. It is kind of like a chipotle and salsa.. where you can create your own rice bowl or get a quesadilla or burrito. DELICIOUS THOUGH.
Although there weren’t as many slides as I wish there had been, there was still JUST enough to get by so that you aren’t too bored. They had about 7 larger slides, along with the lazy river.
I know this short was post but I wanted to share my pictures and experience with you all!
