Start your Weekend with this Smoothie

Happy Saturday!  Today I wanted to do something a little bit different and share a smoothie that me and Joe made a few weeks back! It was DELISH!  I know sometimes it’s hard to stay on track with our nutrition on the weekend so I thought this might be a little bit of motivation for you to balance out the weekend! Here’s how to make it!

Serves 2:

  • 1/4 sliced fresh pineapple
  • 6 baby carrots
  • 1/2 cups low calorie orange juice
  • 1 plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
