Happy Monday! Let’s start the week off with a little talk about my bff, coffee! It’s safe to say the addition is real and I can’t even begin to function or start my day without some coffee. This weekend my mom and I went to Starbucks to work on my engagement party book. It took me a really long time to edit all of the photos but I am finally getting around to making the book (which I will share once I get it).
I can’t believe that Starbucks already has Christmas cups! I know there was a whole debate on these cups last year and a lot of people choose to say “Holiday” cups over Christmas, but in my family, we celebrate Christmas and this is what I will always call them. I feel like the fall flavors literally just came out but this season is just flying right by! We have some exciting things coming that I can’t wait to share soon BUT because I did a fall Starbucks drink post, I thought it would be fun to share a holiday inspired post! I’m going to be working on some Holiday gift guides as well – the first one will be coming this week, but I was itching to get this one up for the start of the week, in hopes you would like to try some of these out this week. Well, let’s jump right in with drink number 1.
#1 Chestnut Praline Latte with Caffeinated Whipped Cream
As soon as I saw this flavor came out I was like gimmmmmmmmmmmmeeeeeeeeee! I wait all year round for this one and I wish it was always available (however, we really wouldn’t have much to look forward to each season if the flavors weren’t rotated out LOL). If you know me and read my last post, then you know I like to cut back on the amount of flavor pumps that they use because it is just too sugary for me.
What to Ask for: Venti chestnut praline latte; 2 pumps chestnut praline; 1 extra espresso shot; 2% foamed milk; topped with caffeinated whipped cream (it’s infused with coffee!)
#2 Gingerbread White Mocha Iced Coffee
I drink iced coffee all year round, even during the occasional snow storm. I just love how delicious coffee tastes when it’s really cold. This one is a classic, and I love the gingerbread as it, but it is even better mixed with the white mocha.
What to Ask for: Venti iced coffee; no classic syrup; 2 pumps gingerbread; 1 pump white mocha; coconut milk; topped with nutmeg
#3 Peppermint Hot Chocolate + Coffee Combo
A twist on the Peppermint Mocha, go for a hot chocolate and coffee blend- the best of both words for a warm, yummy beverage to start or end your day with!
What to Ask for: Half hot chocolate, half coffee; 2 pumps peppermint syrup; topped with some foamed milk and festive red sprinkles.
