This post was inspired because I’ve decided to kick my booty back in shape, both with nutrition & exercise! I’ve always loved spending time in the kitchen, meal prepping and coming up with new snack ideas! To hold myself accountable, I’ve been posting some of my snacks on my Instagram stories, but I also wanted to share them here 🙂 if you have watched, then you know I’ve been MIA in the health department and feeling sluggish, lazy and tired AF. I’m done feeling this way. I haven’t felt this way in a really long time & while I’m feeling more motivated than ever right now, it can be so hard to get out of that funk (especially in the winter with cooler temps).
