HEALTHY CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE BALLS

 


As per my Instagram poll, I asked and you guys wanted the recipe so here it is! I think from now on, im going to ask in a poll before I post a recipe because if you guys don’t want it, well then I won’t share it! ha

These truffles are my go-to recipe for a quick, easy & healthy snack! It takes under 10 minutes to make these babies and I usually have enough to get me through a whole week (sometimes quicker, because, hey, there are A-D-D-I-C-T-I-N-G.)

INGREDIENTS:

• Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder

• A bag of whole, pitted dates

• Coconut oil

• Unsweetened coconut milk

• Unsweetened shredded coconut flakes (for topping)

• Tiny bag of sliced almonds (for topping)

HOW TO:

In a food processor, combine ingredients- starting with dates, then adding the coconut oil and cocoa powder. I like to start with half the ingredients and blend, then slowly add more of each ingredient. This helps to really blend the products together, slowly.
