*1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
*1 handful frozen blueberries
*3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Blend & & wala babe ! If you don’t have your blueberries already frozen, throw in some ice. I love using frozen fruit though because the flavor tastes bolder & won’t become watered down. Let me know what you think!
