On Sundays, Joe & I love to relax, soak in some sunshine and do something to sweat it out! We like to take our workouts outdoors as much as we can during nice weather. This year has been so humid and rainy, so any day we can get it we like to take full advantage! This cute little café is my favorite, and you can access it directly from the bike trail, so you know we are always making pitstops! They have a ton of smoothies to choose from, but this green protein smoothie is my GO-TO. I always say I wanna try a new one, but when the time comes where I get to the register and have to make that decision, I always go with this one. It’s just T.H.A.T. G.O.O.D. Anyway, I wanted to post the ingredients here for you guys to come back to whenever you need it!
