Lately, I’ve been loving Pinterest more than I used to and because you all know I’m a foodie, I’m always browsing new recipes! In the summer, I find it easier to eat “cleaner” because my body doesn’t crave heavy, heavy meals due to the hot weather. I prefer something lighter and easier! We also love to use the BBQ so I’m always trying to find recipes that involve using it. Although we love to go out for dinner, Joe and I also love to stay in and cook with a nice bottle of wine. We usually eat between 7-8pm and then try to go to the gym afterwards, but with the temps rising, we try to bring our workouts outside (bike riding, hiking, basketball, etc.)

We have our go-to recipes, the staples that are always on repeat (such as my chicken stuffed peppers, Swedish meatballs and homemade fajitas… more recipes coming soon!), but also love to find new things to try. Today’s post is a round-up of all the recipes on our list to try!
